We are passionate about helping to make a better future for the next generations.
A large part of this is working on incredible projects, as well as, passing on the skills and experience to the Architects of the future. We are in a great position to influence this in our company (and across Horizon Group).
This helps to create an incredible legacy as our team also learns a lot from interactions with those who will shape the infrastructure of the future.
PWA recently had the pleasure of welcoming Annabelle, a year 10 student from Ilkley Grammar School to do a week’s work experience (4th to 8th July) at our office in Leeds.
Annabelle is studying GCSE Art and Design materials, both of which she really enjoys, and which gave her an interest in pursuing a career in Architecture and Engineering.
During the week at PWA, Annabelle met with various members of the team, had some exposure to inner workings of how:
– Great relationships are built with clients
– Projects are planned and developed through the portfolio of services we offer
– Synergy that occurs across Horizon Group
We also got an insight into the areas of Architecture and Engineering that Anabelle is passionate about.
