Our Quantity Surveying service supports the financial and contractual aspects of a construction project from pre-contract – covering procurement strategy, tender documentation, bid management, and contract creation – through cost control during construction to final account settlement at completion, ensuring value for money and contractual compliance throughout.
We engaged PWA to help reimagine parts of our head office, with the goal of improving flow and making the building more inviting and functional for our colleagues. The team struck the perfect balance between preserving the character of the space and enhancing its usability.
