Managing Director
Phil has a wealth of experience across commercial, rail, healthcare, retail design, residential development & conversions in both private & public sectors.
His experience spans over 25 years, in which time, he has headed a team of architects & technicians in producing new buildings, conversions & extensions including new build petrol filling stations.
He is responsible for projects from inception to completion up to £30m.
Director
Lee is a chartered architect with extensive experience in the design & construction sector both nationally & internationally, spanning over 25 years.
He has designed & delivered projects in a wide-range of market sectors including; retail, education, commercial, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, mixed use & residential projects.
Lee’s primary goal is to provide clients with both well-designed & commercially successful buildings.
Architect
David is a chartered architect with extensive experience spanning over 25 years as a consultant architect and a practitioner in the construction industry primarily, Retail development, Commercial development & Residential projects.
From inception to completions effective communication is the cornerstone of good practice. A good working relationship with our clients, consultants and contractors is fundamental to our practice to ensure we translate the client requirements into their expectation.
Architectural Technician
Louise has 30+ year’s experience in the design sector, producing construction drawings for commercial and domestic projects, with a key role of opening up opportunities for our clients from inception stage onwards through the Local Authority Planning process.
Senior Architectural Co-ordinator
A former Royal Engineer in the Armed Forces, Peter turned his practical skills to carpentry and then onto Computer Aided Design. He is proficient in Revit and several 3D modelling programmes including Lumion, 3d Max & Sketch-up.
Over the years Peter has gained experience in numerous sectors ranging from Retail, Residential, PFS, to Public Infrastructure with particular expertise in Energy from waste facilities and Waste Transfer Stations.
Architectural Assistant
Jack is a part one architectural assistant who graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2023. He is skilled in digital design and visualisation. He is also a founding member of an architectural competition studio, Composite Studio, a team of young architectural assistants who won WYSA’s Bedford Scholarship in 2023. Jack has a keen interest in regenerative and obscure sustainable architecture and looks forward to exploring these principles as his career progresses.
Administration
Involved in all aspects of the business, with exceptional organisational skills which are key to our company running efficiently.
Cost Manager
John was Partner/Director of a large Yorkshire based Consultant Quantity Surveying Practice. In 1981 became an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and advanced to becoming a Fellow of the Institution in 1993.
John is assisting PWA with quantity surveying services relating to pre-construction and development costs together with contractual advice and preparation of contract documents and associated information.
Group Strategy Director
Haroon is a Chartered Civil Engineer, with over 25 years’ experience combining lean methodologies and project management to improve productivity and drive growth across the Building, Rail and Highway Infrastructure sectors.
He has led teams delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects while managing strategic change, risk and commercial performance.
Haroon is responsible for developing Horizon Group’s strategy and branding, building a new service offering through acquisition and organic growth to complement existing group companies, including PWA Architecture, GPS Design and Project Management, AEJ Facilities Management and Horizon Parking.
Client Relationship Manager
Ranjan is a seasoned professional with over 15 years’ experience in the parking industry, underpinned by a 20-year career that included running a successful vertically integrated apparel business, spanning both manufacturing and retail operations.
He is qualified in Business Administration and specialises in Client Relationship Management, Commercial Delivery, and Operational Planning. Ranjan serves as the Accountable Manager for Drone Operations at Horizon, overseeing aerial survey programmes and regulatory compliance. He holds GVC, A2 CofC, and EASA certifications.
With a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term value creation, Ranjan works closely with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored parking solutions that align with strategic objectives and client needs.
Client Relationship Manager
Karl is an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the car park management sector. He has a proven track record in identifying commercial opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance revenue and operational efficiency.
By utilising his expertise in working with retailers, landlords, and public sector clients, Karl is integral to the implementation of innovative parking technologies, EV infrastructure, Drone Surveys, and value-added services where they are needed. He is known for his consultative approach, clear communication, and a focus on long-term client success.
Group Marketing Manager
Kafui is an experienced Marketing professional with 15+ years in industry and a focus on the delivery of client-focused campaigns to target audiences across various industries.
His skills and abilities include a passion for generating leads through initiating, planning/ strategising, implementing and evaluating marketing plans and activities.
Strengths comprise of leading teams in delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns to targeted audiences for small, medium and large company portfolio’s.
He enjoys working with collaboratively with our team/ departments while drawing inspiration from the fantastic work done across PWA and Horizon Group, as well as all aspects of day-to-day life.
Kafui works with Haroon, Horizon Group Strategy Director, in developing Horizon Group’s branding and brand proposition to deliver organic growth across PWA Architecture, GPS Design and Project Management, AEJ Facilities Management and Horizon Parking.
